choosing your evening
Which seating and menu to choose
A short guide to matching the menu to the evening you want, from a casual first cruise to a window table for a proposal.

| If you want… | Choose |
|---|---|
| To pick your own wine | Harmonie |
| Wine already poured, without upgrading everything | Prestige |
| Priority for a window seat, when possible | Excellence |
A first dinner cruise
Harmonie covers the full three-course dinner, a glass of wine each and the whole route past the bridges — the simplest way to do the evening properly.
A fuller evening without the top tier
Prestige keeps the same courses and raises the wine to half a bottle per person, which suits a group that wants the drinks sorted without paying for priority seating.
The window table
If seeing the bridges from beside the glass matters, Excellence is the only tier given priority for a window seat — though even that isn't guaranteed — alongside its extra courses and Champagne.
A celebration night
Excellence's Champagne aperitif and fourth course suit an anniversary or a birthday dinner built around the occasion as much as the food.
Proposals on board
A proposal can be marked at the table on any of the three dinner menus — it doesn't need a separate booking to be noticed by the crew.
Larger tables
Any of the three standard menus can be booked for a larger group, and vegetarian and vegan dishes are on every menu, so a mixed table isn't a problem.
